Well, here I am once again in the middle of four shifts, 2 down and 2 nights to go! This has not been a particularly good few days for me on the exercise front. My two day shifts were 07.00 – 19.00 hours and, due to the fact that I finished late on both Monday and Tuesday, I was unable to get to the boxing club for the 7.30 pm start! That was a bit disappointing, but the good news is that I am still on my diet. Obviously it is more of a challenge when I am working, particularly when I’m on night shifts but Helen, my wife, does me a healthy container of goodies to keep the hunger pangs at bay! However, that doesn’t stop me from feeling hungry all the time!
I am still awaiting responses from potential sponsors, and have approached two other businesses who appear to be interested. I am hopeful that I will receive some positive news soon.
